Eileen Gray (1878 - 1976)
After the end of war she worked as a designer at sozio cultural projects up to her end of life, that mainly engaged her in 1946-1949 as well as furniture Design. In 1970, Eileen Grey were more or less forgotten already at this time, her work was rediscovered by the American art collector Robert Walker. In 1972 she was made to a Royal Designer by the Royal Society of Art, London. Eileen Grey died on October 31st, 1976 and found her final resting place at the Père Lachaise cemetry, Paris. product_index.tpl:
